The pandemic didn’t stop us. AQUA & WELLNESS FIRENZE opens at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel
We had difficult months, many worries and few certainties, but in Florence at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel we worked to invest in a new project.
The Rivoli Boutique Hotel is an hotel located in the center of Florence, originally a Franciscan convent dating back to the Middle Age, in the area where pilgrims were welcomed into the city: Santa Maria Novella, which has always been the neighborhood dedicated to hospitality. In 1964 the convent became, when the Caridi family bought it directly from the religious who ran it and since that moment it had always the ability to adapt and improve itself, following the needs of the historical moment and of the market. An habit never lost!
In 2020, with the hotel without a soul because we lost the guests inside, the owners, a Florentine family, decided to renew an area of the hotel adjacent to the jacuzzi pool, that already animated the former cloister of the convent. Our spa, Aqua & Wellness Firenze, opened in June 2021 and is made by Turkish bath, finnish sauna, emotional shower, massage and relaxing area. This service completes the welcoming style of the Rivoli Boutique Hotel, which was always focused on the warmth and attention that the staff reserves for every single person who chooses to stay in this hotel.
The well-being of the person therefore rises to the first place in this hotel, offering a private spa, reserved exclusively to the Guests who book it. “It was a service that perhaps were missing by our guests, who increasingly experience their stay with us as a relaxing moment of their journey, a sort of regenerating oasis” says Chiara Caridi. In the art cities generally, customers chase time to include the greatest number of visits to monuments and museums, and the Rivoli has always been experienced as an oasis of peace and relaxation. Our Guests take time to enjoy the silence of the internal cloister, the hydromassage pool
and dinner in the small romantic garden of the Benedicta Restaurant, as discovering the Florentine cuisine is a journey within a journey. “To recover the losses suffered, it is necessary to increase the structures and territories hospitality level, and we are doing all our best to reach this goal” tell us at the end, Chiara Caridi, owner who is engaged every day in managing this boutique hotel.
