The apartments are all within the Residence Dal Borgo, an elegant building located a few steps from Piazza Santa Maria Novella, in a quiet and typical street of the historical city center.

The building is fully dedicated to the Ars Hotels’ guests: the 11 apartments are all furnished with extreme care and divided into different types so you can choose the most suitable to your needs.

You can choose among:

• Classic Apartment – located on the ground floor or first floor, consisting of a large double bedroom, bathroom, living room entrance. Some have kitchenettes.
• Superior Apartment – located on the first or second floor, consists of a large double bedroom, kitchen, entrance lounge.
• Deluxe Apartment – located on the second and third floor, it has two double bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom.
• Apartment with a View – apartment with entrance hall living room, bathroom, large bedroom with fireplace and beamed ceiling, large terrace with panoramic view over Florence and its major monuments.

In the Residence dal Borgo apartments pets are also welcome.
