Chocolate Festival in Florence
Get your taste buds ready… From tomorrow 06th February till 15th in the magical square of Santa Maria Novella you’ll find the 11th edition of Chocolate Festival of Florence
As every year exhibitors, coming from whole Italy as well as from abroad, will introduce to the public a great variety of chocolates and delicacies results of tradition and long experience. Ten days that made this event the most important and complete exihibition of italian and foreign maitres chocolatier who will show the care and passion that dedicate to delight the palates of chocolate lovers.
The festival will open officially tomorrow 6th February at 4.00 pm with the maitre chocolatier Simone de Castro who will surprise everybody skulpting a wonderful artwork made all by chocolate! What will he skulpt? It’s absolutly top secret, you’ll discover it directly in Santa Maria Novella square! Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th from 4.00 at 7.00 pm it will be Chocolate child make up (free entrance).
All chocolate lovers know how good it could be, also if that it has to be eaten sparingly, but how many people really know the good and healthy properties of cocoa? This year the organizer decided to merge the food bloggers phenomenon with the suggestings and explanations of a nutritionist that will reveal to the attendees secrets and curiosity about chocolate. Barbara (the food blogger) and Chiara (the nutritionist) will wait for you February 10th at 3.00 pm in the Event stand inside the festival.
