Roberto Benigni back in Florence with The Divine Comedy
After a 6-year break, Roberto Benigni will be back in Florence, in Santa Croce Square, for his show “TuttoDante 2012” dedicated to The Divine Comedy.
There will be 12 shows, each one dedicated to a Canto from the first Cantica (Hell), during July and August. The show will start on July 20th with a date dedicated to 11th Canto, and then the following dates from 21th to 31th July and from 2nd to 6th August. The first part of TuttoDante 2012 will be dedicated to satire and comedy about current events, and the second one will be centered on the moving poetry of Dante’s verses. Tickets prices (available for presale on TicketOne) vary from 17 to 28 Euros, and there are also pass tickets for 12, 6 or 3 dates. The performances will be recorded and broadcasted from Spring 2013.
